Professionally Brenda has worked in the Aerospace and Defense Industry for over 15 years in the areas of Production Operations, Quality and Supply Chain. Brenda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Central Florida, a Graduate Degree in Operational Leadership & Organizational Management from Drexel University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.
Brenda’s interests include cooking with her daughter Aurora Janaé (AJ), all things self-care & relaxation, the F.I.R.E. movement (Financial Independence Retire Early), working within her sorority (Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated), giving back to her community through volunteerism, and now authorship.

Mrs. Hill-Riggins has published or written over 10 books, including Co-Author with Ken Blanchard & Stephen Covey; created several toys and games; been featured in over 14 news articles; received over 20 awards; followed Oprah’s lead and presented the Living Legends Ball (and at least 2 additional films); patented or copyrighted more than 10 inventions; and created innovative educational programs.
